This refund policy applies to digital patent clearance reports (PDF files) sold on shop.pctguru.ru.
1. Familiarisation before purchase
The structure and scope of each report are described on the product page and on the «Report structure» page before purchase.
2. Right of withdrawal
Because the product is a digital good delivered electronically, you may request a refund before you receive access to the file. Once access has been granted, the service is deemed rendered.
3. Technical defects
If the delivered file is corrupted or does not match the description, we will replace it or refund the payment.
4. Currency of data
A report is current as of the date the search was performed and for roughly six months afterwards. Purchasing access to an outdated search is at your own risk; you may request an update.
5. How to request a refund
Write to work@pctguru.ru with your order details. Refunds are made using the original payment method within the statutory time limits.
